The Surface Behind the Stone Matters

Stone veneer holds only as well as what it is stuck to. On block or concrete we clean and scratch-coat the surface. On framed walls we install a moisture barrier and metal lath first.

We set the stone tight with a consistent joint and finish the joints the way you choose, from full mortar to a dry-stack look.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can stone veneer go on?

Concrete and block foundations, retaining and garden walls, porch columns, stoop sides and chimneys. On wood framing it needs the right lath and moisture barrier behind it, which we install.
